Retail Policy

Payment: Archelaus accepts personal checks, money orders, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Please make checks and money orders payable to "Archelaus."

Sales Tax: Archelaus collects sales tax only on orders delivered within Washington, D.C., where the rate is currently 6.0%.

Shipping: Shipping is free on all domestic retail orders over $55. To determine the charge on smaller and foreign orders, please see our shipping policy.

Returns: If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it, or any portion of it, to Archelaus within 30 days. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and note whether you prefer:

1. 1) replacement of cards you received damaged,
2. 2) exchange of returned cards for different ones,
3. 3) credit toward a future order,
4. 4) refund, or
5. 5) some combination of the above.

Also, please be sure to note either your e-mail address or telephone number on the receipt, to help us resolve any possible questions.

International Orders: Archelaus welcomes international orders but can accept payment only in U.S. dollars. The customer is liable for any customs duties.
