Condolences

This is a card with many uses. It makes a fine birthday card for those who have reached an age when they prefer to be condoled, rather than congratulated, on the occasion. Its many choices make it useful for life's other small calamities, as well. These include illness (whether tedious, painful, or embarrassing), thus making for an enjoyable get-well card. (On the other hand, if someone has actually died, what you need instead is an Archelaus sympathy card.)
